Before entering real estate, I built my career in marketing and e-commerce, working with technology-driven businesses where data, customer behaviour, and strategy shaped decision-making. That experience taught me to look beyond the surface, question assumptions, and understand the value behind the numbers.
When I entered Dubai's real estate market, I discovered a new passion and a steep learning curve. The more I learned, the more I realised how overwhelming property decisions can be without the right information and guidance.
Today, I bring my marketing mindset into my work as a Property Advisor, combining market research, data-driven thinking, and targeted marketing strategies to help clients navigate their property journey. Through DXB by Ghadeer, I also share the insights I wish I had known earlier, helping buyers, sellers, and investors ask better questions, avoid common mistakes, and make more informed decisions.
